This is a Fenton 37 mini basket in black with a white crest and handle. Made in the late 1990’s for the NFGS building fund.
This basket is marked with the seconds block F. The crest on one side is kind of weird, and the handles are rough where attached. I’ve tried to show in pictures.
Measures approximately 4 inches tall by just under 2 1/2 inches wide.
