Dave Fetty and his team of skilled craftsmen have truly recaptured the magic of Fenton Art Glass from the 20's. To create this exceptional piece, a gob of Willow Green Opalescent glass is dotted with intense Cobalt Blue glass. During several re-heating processes, Fenton craftsmen use an ice pick to slowly pull the Cobalt into heart shapes and a pontil to pull threads of Cobalt through the hearts to give the pattern a vision of hanging hearts. A Cobalt base complements the 9 1/2” pitcher.”
