This is a Fenton plum opalescent foal, hand painted by S Waters. Made for QVC in 2009.
It is marked a second with a block “F”. There are a couple manufacturing lines on the back, a small bubble in the head, and a small spot of paint missing. I have taken closeups to show in the last three pictures.
Measures approximately 3 3/4 inches long by 3 1/4 inches tall.
